Everett, Wash., April 16, 2025 — Economic Alliance Snohomish County (EASC), in partnership with the Economic Development Board for Tacoma-Pierce County, Kitsap Economic Development Alliance and Seattle Metro Chamber, will host a free virtual webinar titled Navigating Tariff Impacts on Washington Businesses on Tuesday, April 29, 2025, from 8:30 to 9:30 a.m.

"The global market has been shaken by shifting trade policies in the US and around the world,” says James Davis, Economic Development  Manager, Kitsap Economic Development Alliance.  “As we move into a period of heightened uncertainty there are steps that businesses can take to mitigate this risk and maintain their competitive edge in the global markets. It is my hope that our expert panel will provide valuable tools and strategies necessary to navigate this challenging market."  

Featured speakers include Rianne Ham, Manager, International Marketing Program, Washington State Department of Agriculture; Mike Fowler, Executive Director & Senior Trade Consultant, World Trade Center Tacoma; Kristin Ang, Commissioner, Port of Tacoma; and Lance Calloway, Northern District Manager, Associated General Contractors of Washington.
