For more than a century, Compass Health has been dedicated to supporting the children and youth of Northwest Washington. You can join us in this effort by dusting off your finest evening wear and championing Compass Health’s child & family programs at our 7th annual gala, Building Communities of Hope. This year's gala is honored to present Aparna Nancherla as our distinguished keynote speaker. Aparna, a celebrated comedian, author, and actress, openly shares her mental health journey, notably through her latest work, “Unreliable Narrator: Me, Myself, and Imposter Syndrome.” The evening will showcase a brief stand-up performance by Aparna, followed by a comprehensive Q&A session, with questions sourced directly from you, our esteemed guests. Ticket holders will be provided with details on how to submit their questions for Aparna as the event approaches. Additionally, the evening includes a seated dinner, a silent auction, a raffle, and uplifting programming about Compass Health and those we serve. Proceeds from the gala directly benefit our child, youth, and family programs, enhancing our community through our programs.
