Small Business Owner Testimonials

“SBTRC team goes above and beyond to help small businesses thrive in our community. I am so thankful to have met Lily (the director) in 2014, and had the privilege to collaborate with Lily and Alicia recently in winning a statewide contract with Washington State Department of Enterprise Services. On top of that, they have assisted my company in getting connected to other public, private, and transportation agencies, such as the City of Lynnwood and other local agencies. In fact, the City of Lynnwood Public Works became our customer shortly after our initial encounter, thanks to the networking events! My company would not have been able to grow this fast if it was not for Lily’s services and assistance. Her passion and eagerness to involve small, minority, women, and disadvantaged businesses are tremendous, and we cannot say enough good things about both Lily and Alicia. Thank you SBTRC!”

“As an A&E consulting firm, our small business was given valuable impetus and resources when we needed it by the Small Business Transportation Resource Center (SBTRC) of the Northwest Region. Professional services and outreach such as bonding education, project management, digital marketing and connection with potential clients that they provide at this center are unique. Through such services, our business grew by 20 percent in one year. We appreciate the passion, integrity and professionalism brought to the SBTRC team. Our small business community in the Seattle Metropolitan areas is better off with SBTRC.”
