Washington in the Making 2040

In collaboration with Economic Alliance Snohomish County, Association of Washington Business Institute, and the Washington Roundtable present Washington in the Making 2040. This hybrid town hall event is designed to engage business and civic leaders to hear their priorities and dreams for the future of Washington’s economy.

Attendees will participate in a large-scale statewide survey of Washingtonians. This research will be the foundation of a vision and a plan that will be launched in 2024. We invite you to join in our town hall meeting and share your voice and help support the economic future of your community!

The goal is to engage businesses and residents around the State to contribute to the development of a compelling vision for the future of Washington’s economy. This vision, and the goals and desired outcomes that are developed, will be used to actively shape policy and action to ensure Washington’s growth is strategic and supports economic prosperity and quality of life in every county.

Our discussion will include questions like:

• What are the biggest issues facing your organization today?

• What does your community need to solve to be thriving in 2040?

• What trends do you think will affect you and the state of Washington over the next 15 years?
