Event will have four panel discussions, a trade show with 100 exhibit booths and expects to attract more than 600 attendees
Everett, WA., August 15, 2022 – Economic Alliance Snohomish County (EASC) is thrilled to announce the return of the North Puget Sound Small Business Summit on October 26. This annual event returns this year in-person, after a virtual event in 2021 and a hiatus in 2020 due to the pandemic.
The North Puget Sound Small Business Summit, which is projected to attract more than 600 attendees from a wide-range of industries, will have a trade show with 100 exhibition booths and a full day of panel discussions, training and other networking opportunities. The agenda for the day includes topics that focus on business growth and development, ongoing career learning, micro and small business funding, and unconscious bias training.
In addition to the four panel discussions, EASC has partnered with Municipal Research and Services Center (MRSC) and Washington Procurement Technical Assistance Center (PTAC), to support public works contracting. Local and state government agencies are encouraged to attend “Digging into Public Works Contracts - Agency Training” between 8:30 - 12:30. There will also be a special session dedicated to contractors interested in meeting with local government agencies to learn about public works. “Meet the Agencies” between 2:00 - 5:00. Both sessions require a separate registration.
“The North Puget Sound Small Business Summit is a fantastic opportunity for businesses to reach a huge audience in a single day,” shared Garry Clark, EASC CEO. “Whether you’re exhibiting or attending, we know it will be a productive day of networking and finding ways to work together to promote our entire region and to expand opportunities in Snohomish County and the greater North Puget Sound Region.”
