Description

Part of Economic Alliance Snohomish County's monthly Coffee Chats series, bringing you updates on relevant topics over your morning coffee.

Join Economic Alliance Snohomish County (EASC) for Behavioral Health and Housing Stability: Foundations of Community Resilience, part of our Coffee Chats series, on Tuesday, December 8 from 8:30 to 9:30 a.m. via Zoom.

Behavioral health and housing stability are closely connected to overall community well-being and long-term economic resilience. Join us for a timely conversation exploring how access to mental health supports, substance use treatment, and stable housing helps communities reduce disruption, support recovery, and maintain social and economic stability.

This session positions EASC as a neutral convener bringing together service providers, public partners, employers, and community organizations to better understand how behavioral health and housing supports contribute to stronger, more resilient communities. Rather than focusing on crisis response or enforcement, the discussion will center on prevention, stability, and recovery-oriented approaches that help people remain connected to community life.

Panelist announcements coming soon!

Through this conversation, attendees will gain insight into local resources, partnership models, and strategies that are helping communities address behavioral health and housing challenges through collaboration and long-term systems thinking. The discussion will also explore how cross-sector partnerships can strengthen regional resilience by supporting healthier, more stable communities.

This session is ideal for employers, healthcare and behavioral health providers, housing and social service organizations, public sector leaders, nonprofit partners, educators, and community stakeholders interested in understanding how housing stability and behavioral health intersect with economic and community resilience.
