Description

Part of Economic Alliance Snohomish County's monthly Coffee Chats series, bringing you updates on relevant topics over your morning coffee.

Join Economic Alliance Snohomish County (EASC) for People-Centered AI: Boosting Productivity Without Replacing Jobs, part of our Coffee Chats series, on Tuesday, October 13 from 8:30 to 9:30 a.m. via Zoom.

Artificial intelligence is increasingly shaping how businesses operate, from streamlining workflows to improving decision-making and customer service. Join us for a timely conversation exploring how employers are adopting AI tools in practical, responsible ways that enhance productivity while supporting—not displacing—their workforce.

This session will focus on real-world business applications and workforce impacts, positioning EASC as a neutral convener helping employers, workforce partners, and technical experts better understand what effective AI adoption looks like in practice. Rather than centering on automation for its own sake, the discussion will highlight responsible implementation, upskilling strategies, and change management approaches that keep people at the center of innovation.

Panelist announcements coming soon!

Through this conversation, attendees will gain insight into how thoughtful AI integration can help businesses improve efficiency, reduce administrative burden, strengthen employee capacity, and support long-term competitiveness while maintaining a strong focus on workforce development and job quality.

This session is ideal for employers, HR and operations leaders, technology professionals, workforce and education partners, small businesses, and community stakeholders interested in understanding how AI can support both business growth and workforce resilience.

Free to attend | Registration required to receive Zoom link
