This weekend centers on the chance to connect to yourself and others to tend to your life, health and self as a creative endeavor. Through transformative practices and hands-on creative engagement, there will be time for personal reflection and interaction. You will depart with tools and insights to support you in showing up in your world in a way that reflects your authenticity and intention and is true to self. Your co-facilitators are Kathy Coffey Solberg and Mari Shibuya. Kathy and Mari have years of facilitation experience and prioritize the regenerative, healing power of creativity and community in their work. Mari's work focuses on the wisdom inherent in our interconnection, the power of visual information, and the importance of reimagining growth through an equitable and liberatory lens. Kathy's brand is compassion, connectedness and positivity. She wants her legacy to be seen in others’ realization of their potential and the impact they make with that knowing. The venue for the retreat is the picturesque Camp Killoquoa, located approximately 30 minutes north of Everett. Your registration fee covers two nights of lodging and five meals. Accommodations are primarily dormitory-style, but we will do our best to make necessary arrangements if you inform us of specific requirements during registration. Kindly specify any dietary restrictions in your registration form.
