Among other resources provided for the local business community, Economic Alliance Snohomish County has the following three government-related programs on site:
PTAC - Procurement Technical Assistance CenterThe objective of the Procurement Technical Assistance Center is to help businesses seeking to compete successfully in federal, state and local government contracting. This is achieved by assisting small businesses with marketing to the government, solicitations, drawings, and other areas relating to selling to the government. Click here for more information SBTRC - Small Business Transportation Resource Center ![]() The objective of the Small Business Transportation Resource Center (SBTRC) is to increase the number of small and disadvantaged businesses that are prepared to compete for, and enter into, transportation-related prime and subcontract. The Northwest SBTRC is funded by a cooperative agreement with Economic Alliance Snohomish County (EASC) and U.S. Department of Transportation’s Office of Small and Disadvantaged Business Utilization (OSDBU). The Northwest SBTRC serves Washington, Oregon, Alaska, Idaho and Montana.
