Workshop Titles and Description:

  1. 1.       Dialogue for Understanding – November 30

This interactive session focuses on true dialogue as a conversation form. We’ll examine the differences between dialogue, discussion and debate. Participants will learn how dialogue contributes to an engaging environment by building clarity, trust and inclusion. A breakout session provides the opportunity to practice dialogue as a skill.

  1. 2.       The Basics of Employee Engagement – December 7

This session focuses on the Advantage Dynamics Engagement model. Learn about the building blocks of engagement. Each of the eight building blocks will be shared and explained. Participants will be given the opportunity to learn how to increase engagement in the workplace. You will walk away with an action plan to address your opportunities for engagement with employees.

  1. 3.       Developing Your Team – December 14

The Advantage Dynamics Teaming System is the subject of this workshop. You will learn what team development is and how to implement it with your employees. You will leave with an understanding of how to create plan. The teaming system consists of 10 focuses:
