You know from experience, or suspect, that preparing a proposal and/or bid takes a lot of work.  The Government Marketplace is very competitive and that makes it even more important for you put together a compelling proposal. Successful firms that win public sector contracts approach proposal development using a repeatable process.

This workshop provides the strategies, techniques and tools used by successful contractors.  Learn how to:

  • Read an RFP/RPQ/RFB
  • How to preposition your company
  • Plan your response
  • Set up your files
  • Target your response
  • Be prepared for an intense dive into the elements of a proposal.

You will gain a deeper understanding of what is needed to make your business an effective competitor in the Government Marketplace, along with acquiring several tools to assist you with the proposal process, now and in the future. Instructor Matthew Rhinehart, owner of MastPoint LLC, has over 20 years of experience with the government market.

Workshops provide an overview about government registrations, classifications, certifications, solicitations, regulations and more.
