Leadership for Racial Equity Program

The transformative LFRE program unfolds over 4.5 months, immersing participants in a series of intensive sessions. These sessions are tailored to deepen awareness, develop critical skills, and equip participants with effective tools and practices. They're also geared towards building personal and institutional strategies for sustaining racial equity efforts, and fostering collaborative leadership. Beginning with a two-day intensive retreat, the program consists of monthly full-day sessions. Each gathering is a unique blend of enlightening lectures, hands-on workshops, reflective exercises, and networking opportunities. Through the LFRE program, we foster an environment conducive to critical thinking and transformational conversations about racial equity.
