|Board of Trustees||Economic Alliance Snohomish County’s Board of Trustees meets quarterly to provide strategic guidance in support of the mission and business plan.|
|Advocacy Board||The Advocacy Board develops, implements and coordinates strategies to influence policy decisions, acquire resources and raise awareness at the local, state and federal levels around issues critical to the sustained competitiveness of our region based on direction from the Board of Trustees, the Industry & Resource Development Board and the Community & Small Business Development Board.|
|Aerospace in Action (AIA)||Aerospace in Action (AIA), an advisory group of Snohomish County supply chain companies, guides EASC on issues of importance to the industry and provides a venue for discussion among peers.|
|Ambassadors||Significantly improve the business acquisition and retention rate by improving communications with our investors and increasing involvement and support of all Economic Alliance Snohomish County events and activities.|
|Industry & Resource Development Board||The I&RD Advisory Board provides guidance and develops strategies directed towards a positive business climate supporting Snohomish County firms and attracting firms from outside the Puget Sound region.|
|Military Affairs Committee (MAC)||The Military Affairs Committee continues the decades of progress previous organizations have amassed providing strategic leadership in Snohomish County regarding its existing and prospective military assets in areas such as Congressional Base Realignment and Closure (BRAC) Commissions, engagement and support of activity duty and veterans in our community, coordination with similar organizations in the region and other strategic initiatives.|
|Small Business Board||To align with EASC lines of business in the following ways:
– Advocate on critical small business issues
– Strategically diversify and develop the economy
– Design optimal business connection opportunities for all businesses
|Snohomish County Committee for Improved Transportation (SCCIT)||Provide regional guidance and support the development of multimodal transportation systems in and around Snohomish County to ensure the safe, efficient movement of the community, employees, customers, clients and goods.|
