1. Leadership role in Washington’s aerospace competitiveness – protect and strengthen Snohomish County’s core industrial base
2. Increase training and educational opportunities – work with partners on satisfying skilled worker needs for all industry sectors
3. Logistics and infrastructure – prioritize and facilitate infrastructure and transportation initiatives
4. Foster industry diversity and market the region – implement a sustainable business retention, expansion and recruitment program

Economic Alliance Snohomish County intends to be a catalyst for positive economic growth resulting in:

• Expanded educational opportunities and workforce development
• Growth in employment centers and jobs
• Significant improvements in infrastructure
